Executive Notary & Apostille Services, LLC provides professional notary, apostille facilitation, loan signing, and related services under the following terms and conditions:

• The signer must be physically present unless using a legally authorized remote online notarization.
• Valid government-issued identification is required.
• We reserve the right to refuse notarization if the signer appears unwilling, unaware, or unable to communicate, or if the notarization would violate applicable law.
• We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents unless separately authorized to do so.
• Appointment times may be delayed by traffic, weather, or emergencies.
• Travel fees apply even if a notarization cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (such as missing ID or incomplete documents).
• Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
